Background: Before partnering with us, this company was already a well-established hearing clinic, with multiple locations. However, they lacked transparency on what referral sources were bringing in their revenue, and what their return on investment was for their marketing efforts.

Challenges Faced
We had to add revenue tracking features while maintaining the client’s current operations and practice management system, CounselEAR.
There was an initial gap in performance from when the previous marketing partner shut their Google Ads off and new ones were turned on.
There is a delay of leads becoming revenue, leading to delayed performance of lead generation platforms.
Results
Achieved an average of a 3.2x ROI for Google Ads as a platform across all locations, with their best performing location achieving a 5.5x ROI.
The client saw a 8.6x ROI on average for the local SEO management. This included managing the Google business listings for all locations, and getting their business listed across all applicable local search engines.
The client is now able to track their ROI by marketing platform, allowing them to make more informed decisions when it comes to allocating budgets and adjusting ad copy.
From July - December 2024 we brought in 170 new patient appointments from online sources vs. 104 in the same period in 2023, bringing in 63 additional new patients, a 63% increase.
